Requirements
To use this plugin you need an active account on Agentia (includes paid plan). You can register at https://www.soyagentia.com.
External services
This plugin connects with the Agentia service (operated by Agent IA S.A.S, NIT 901976734, Colombia) to process the AI chat conversations.
Data sent to the Agentia service:
- When the administrator logs in: email and password of their Agentia account.
- When a visitor uses the widget: name, email, and message content that the visitor voluntarily provides.
- Unique site identifier (apiKey generated at registration).
When data is sent:
- Login: only when the administrator clicks “Sign in” on the plugin configuration page.
- Chat messages: only when a visitor sends a message through the chat widget.
- Widget configuration: when the widget loads on a page of the site.

Installation
- From your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins Add New.
- Search for “Agentia Chat”, click Install Now, and then Activate.
- Go to the Agentia Chat menu in the WordPress admin sidebar.
- Sign in with your Agentia account. If you don’t have an account, register first at soyagentia.com (paid plan).
- Select the AI flow you want to use on your site.
- The chat widget will automatically appear on the front-end.
- Customize color, position, and welcome message from the Agentia panel.

Do I need an Agentia account to use the plugin?

Yes. The plugin is the connector between WordPress and the Agentia service. To activate the chat you need to register at https://www.soyagentia.com.

Does the plugin send data to external servers?

Yes. The plugin communicates with the Agentia service (Agent IA S.A.S, Colombia) to process AI conversations. See the “External services” section above for details.

What visitor data is stored?

The name and email that the visitor voluntarily provides when starting the chat, along with the content of the messages exchanged. This data is stored on Agentia servers so you can review the history.

How do I delete a visitor’s data?

Does the widget appear on all pages?

Yes. The widget appears across the entire site as long as the plugin is active and the account is active.

Can I customize the widget color?

Yes. From the Agentia panel you can change color, position (bottom-right or bottom-left corner), icon, and welcome message.

How do I disconnect the plugin?

From the plugin configuration page in WordPress click “Disconnect”. This deletes local credentials but does not affect your Agentia account.
