From your WordPress dashboard, go to **Plugins Add New**. 2. Search for “Agentia Chat”, click **Install Now**, and then **Activate**. 3. Go to the **Agentia Chat** menu in the WordPress admin sidebar. 4. Sign in with your [Agentia](https://www.soyagentia.com) account. The plugin is the connector between WordPress and the Agentia service. To activate the chat you need to register at [https://www.soyagentia.com](https://www.soyagentia.com). ### Does the plugin send data to external servers? Yes. The plugin communicates with the Agentia service (Agent IA S.A.S, Colombia) to process AI conversations. See the “External services” section above for details. ### What visitor data is stored? The name and email that the visitor voluntarily provides when starting the chat, along with the content of the messages exchanged. This data is stored on Agentia servers so you can review the history. ### How do I delete a visitor’s data? From the plugin configuration page in WordPress click “Disconnect”.
