This is an occasional security firewall false-positive documented in [Freemius License Activation Issues](https://freemius.com/help/documentation/wordpress-sdk/license-activation-issues/). The activation URL contains random cryptographic characters that some WAFs (ModSecurity, Cloudflare, Wordfence) flag.
