You need to ask support to delete and after I asked (3 times) they blocked me from my account. Metrilo caused a lot of trouble for my website and after installing it took 2 hours to find out what caused the issues. All that time website was down. Analysis were basics and did not offer nothing special. I do not think it’s worth of the money. After a long search for CRM tools we came across Metrilo. First and foremost everthing was so easy to set-up . . . within a few minutes we were looking at ecommerce analytics driving instant insights for our company. We love the ability to slice and dice our data by day, customer, product, etc.. and see where we can improve or make the best of of our opportunities. The CRM is very good and how everything is tied to the ability to personalize our email marketing.
