## Description

**Notify CRM** is a free WooCommerce plugin for sending order status updates to 
customers via WhatsApp. It also adds custom order statuses, branded transactional
emails, courier shipment tracking, and a floating WhatsApp chat button to your WooCommerce
store.

Unlike WhatsApp Business API plugins that charge per message and require Meta Business
verification, Notify CRM uses **wa.me links** — no API keys, no per-message fees,
no complicated setup. Works with your regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app.

#### WhatsApp Order Notifications for WooCommerce

When a WooCommerce order status changes (e.g., Processing  Shipped), Notify CRM 
queues a WhatsApp message with all the order details. You review pending messages
in your WordPress admin dashboard, then send them with one click. Customers receive
a formatted WhatsApp message with order ID, items, totals, and tracking information.

#### Custom WooCommerce Order Statuses

Go beyond WooCommerce’s built-in statuses. Create custom order statuses to match
your real fulfillment workflow:

Each custom status gets its own color for easy identification in the WooCommerce

URL templates. When you add a tracking number to WooCommerce order notes, Notify
CRM auto-detects it and includes the tracking link in WhatsApp messages and branded

that WooCommerce doesn’t natively support for tracking.

#### How Notify CRM Works

 1. Install and activate Notify CRM from the WordPress plugin directory
 2. Register your WooCommerce store in the Store tab
 3. Create and customize your order statuses in the Statuses tab
 4. Set up WhatsApp message templates in the Notifications tab
 5. When a WooCommerce order status changes, Notify CRM queues the WhatsApp notification
 6. Click “Send WhatsApp” — the plugin opens wa.me with the pre-filled message. Just
    press send.
 7. Branded transactional emails are sent automatically for each order status change

verification, and account management functionality.

**Endpoints used and when data is sent:**

 1. **Register / Status** (`/api/plugin/status`) — Checks or creates your registration
    when you save the Store tab settings. Sends: store key, store URL.
 2. **Verify** (`/api/customer/verify`) — Verifies your registration status. Sends:
    store key, store URL.
 3. **Find Store** (`/api/customer/find-store`) — Looks up an existing store registration
    by domain. Sends: store domain.
 4. **Disconnect** (`/api/customer/disconnect`) — When you manually disconnect your
    store. Sends: store key.
 5. **Disconnect WhatsApp** (`/api/plugin/disconnect-whatsapp`) — When you disconnect
    your WhatsApp session. Sends: store key.
 6. **Delete / Delete Account** (`/api/plugin/delete`, `/api/customer/delete-account`)—
    When you delete your account. Sends: store key, store URL.

**Data sent on initial registration:**
 – Store URL (your WordPress site URL) – 
Store name, owner name, owner email address, owner WhatsApp number – Plugin version,
WordPress version, WooCommerce version, PHP version

**Purpose:** Store registration and plan verification for plugin functionality. 
The data collected is used solely for plugin operation and to notify you about updates
or new features.

No payment data, order data, customer data, or any other WooCommerce information
is ever transmitted to the Notify CRM server.

### Privacy Policy

Notify CRM collects store registration data (store name, URL, owner name, email,
WhatsApp number, and software version information) and sends it to the Notify CRM
server (api.hustletoevolve.com) when you complete registration in the Store tab.
This data is used for plugin functionality and to inform you about plugin updates
and new features.

No WooCommerce order data, customer data, or payment information is ever sent to
any external server.

To delete your data from the server, go to Notify CRM > Account tab and click “Delete
Account” in the Danger Zone.

## Installation

 1. Upload the `notify-crm` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/` or install directly by
    searching “Notify CRM” in the WordPress plugin installer
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Go to **Notify CRM** in the WordPress admin menu to configure your settings
 4. Go to the **Store** tab and complete your store registration (store name, email,
    WhatsApp number)
 5. Customize your WooCommerce order statuses in the **Statuses** tab
 6. Configure WhatsApp message templates in the **Notifications** tab
 7. Add your courier services in the **Couriers** tab (optional)
 8. Enable the floating WhatsApp button in the **Widget** tab (optional)

## FAQ

### Does this plugin send WhatsApp messages automatically?

No. Notify CRM queues WhatsApp messages when WooCommerce order status changes. You
send them manually by clicking the “Send WhatsApp” button, which opens wa.me with
the pre-filled message. You just press send. This keeps you in full control of every
customer message.

### Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?

No. Notify CRM uses wa.me links to open WhatsApp Web or the WhatsApp app on your
phone. No API account, no Meta Business verification, no per-message fees. Works
with your regular WhatsApp number.

### Is Notify CRM free?

Yes. Notify CRM is completely free to install and use from the WordPress plugin 
directory.

### Will this work with my WooCommerce theme?

Yes. Notify CRM hooks into WooCommerce’s order system and doesn’t modify your theme
templates. It works with any WooCommerce-compatible theme.

### Can I customize the WhatsApp message templates?

Yes. Go to Notify CRM > Notifications tab to customize WhatsApp messages for each
WooCommerce order status. You can use variables like {name}, {order_id}, {items},{
total}, {courier}, and {tracking_number} to auto-fill order details in every message.

### Does it support multiple courier services?

Yes. You can add as many courier services as you need in Notify CRM, each with its
own tracking URL template. The plugin auto-detects tracking numbers from WooCommerce
order notes and includes the tracking link in WhatsApp messages and emails.

### Does this plugin collect or send my WooCommerce customer data to external servers?

No. Notify CRM does NOT send any WooCommerce order data, customer data, or payment
information to any external server. Only your store registration details (store 
name, URL, owner name, email, WhatsApp number) are sent to the Notify CRM server
for account verification. See the External Services section below for full details.

### Will Notify CRM slow down my WooCommerce store?

No. Notify CRM only loads its admin scripts on its own settings pages and WooCommerce
order screens. Nothing loads on the storefront except the optional floating WhatsApp
button.

### Can I send bulk WhatsApp messages for multiple WooCommerce orders?

Yes. From the WooCommerce orders list, select multiple orders and use the bulk action
to queue WhatsApp messages for all of them at once.

### Can I track WhatsApp message delivery?

Notify CRM logs all sent messages with status, date, and delivery method in the 
Message Log. Since messages are sent via wa.me, delivery confirmation happens through
WhatsApp itself.

### Does Notify CRM work with WooCommerce HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)?

Yes. Notify CRM fully supports WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)
and cart/checkout blocks. It declares compatibility with both `custom_order_tables`
and `cart_checkout_blocks`.

### Can I add my own custom courier services?

Yes. Notify CRM lets you add any courier service with a custom tracking URL template.
This is ideal for local and regional couriers that aren’t supported by WooCommerce’s
built-in shipping integrations.
