Support is v-poor, and it is now the target of a virus/hacking attempt - We receive a few hundred hits per day attempting to hack this plugin most of which look like a targeted virus attack.

This is a useless plugin from Trustpilot. Full of JS errors. Support won't care because this is on free plan. Find another solution.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews, i use the plugin to get verified reviews for my trust pilot page and it works great! no issue so far and works great with woo commerce.

The plugin is broken a joke. There's a different version distributed directly from their website, and guess what... also broken a joke! They won't provide support for this plugin, nor for the one they directly distribute. The support people are just non-tech assistants that can at best provide some canned responses, trying to explain any tech issue to them is useless and could potentially give you a big headache. I highly suggest you do not attempt it, unless, it's for a Youtube video or smth. The most intriguing thing is, Trustpilot is a company that champion good customer experience... Is this like a joke? Please tell me this is a joke.

Zuerst komplett kostenlos um die Leute anzulocken und nun machen sie Geld mit den Webseiten Betreibern. 3000 Euro wollen die Typen haben für eine Webseite im Jahr. Frechheit.
