Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/webwerk-contact-chat-widget` directory. 2. Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress. 3. Go to “WebWerk Chat Widget” in the WordPress admin menu. 4. Enter your contact details. 5. Save your settings. ## FAQ ### Do I need WhatsApp Business? No. A normal WhatsApp number is enough. ### Does it work on mobile devices? Yes. The plugin is optimized for both mobile and desktop. ### Why do I see a demo chat? If no contact information is entered, the plugin shows a demo mode so you can preview the widget. ### Does this plugin slow down my website?
