Instead of collecting only an email address, the plugin enriches subscriber profiles with information from the customer’s order, making it easier to create targeted Flodesk segments and personalized email campaigns. When a customer opts in during checkout, the plugin can send data such as: * Email address * Customer name * Purchased product * Product category * Order total value * Payment method * Billing country This data can be mapped to Flodesk custom fields and used to build more relevant audience segments based on customer purchase behavior. To improve reliability, subscribers are stored locally in WordPress before being sent to Flodesk. If an API request fails, subscriber records remain available for manual re-sync, helping prevent data loss. The plugin also includes CSV export functionality, subscriber management tools, and consent-based subscription collection designed to work alongside WooCommerce checkout. In the **WFUcore Sync** dashboard page inside API Configuration box. ### What data is sent to Flodesk? The plugin sends enriched checkout data including: * Email address * Full name (if provided) * Primary purchased product * Product category * Order total value * Payment method used * Billing country All data is sent only when the user explicitly opts in at checkout. ### Can I export subscribers? Yes. You can export all stored subscribers as CSV from the admin panel. ### What happens if Flodesk API fails? Subscribers are stored locally and can be manually synced later using the retry sync function. ### Does this plugin track users outside checkout?
