It gives you a dedicated property post type, 8 taxonomies, full property pages with French DPE/GES energy labels, an OpenStreetMap map, multi-criteria search and an agent contact block — with no API key and no data sent to third parties.

ImmoWP Gestion Immobilière is translation-ready and ships with English and French translations. Help translate it into your language on translate.wordpress.org — no coding required, and approved translations are published automatically.
Privacy
The free version does not send any data to third-party services on its own. The plugin itself makes no outgoing requests from your server — the items below only happen in the visitor’s own browser, and only when something on the page triggers them:
- OpenStreetMap map: when a property page displays a map, OpenStreetMap tiles are loaded directly by the visitor’s browser from OpenStreetMap’s own servers — like any embedded map, the visitor’s IP address and the viewed map area are transmitted to OpenStreetMap at that point.
- Contact form spam protection: if you enable Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form (disabled by default), the reCAPTCHA script is loaded from Google and Google’s terms apply.
- Video and virtual tour: when a property page includes a video or virtual tour, the visitor’s browser loads the embedded player — YouTube (via the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain), Vimeo, Dailymotion or Matterport — directly from that service.
ImmoWP itself does not collect or transmit any data from the free version.

Does it work with my theme?

Yes. ImmoWP Gestion Immobilière works with any modern WordPress theme and any page builder (Elementor, Bricks, Divi, block themes…). Templates can be overridden per theme if you need custom markup.

Will I lose data when I update to 2.0.0?

No. Version 2.0.0 is a major rebuild sharing the same code base as ImmoWP Pro. On first load after updating, it automatically migrates your existing 1.0.x data (post type and taxonomy identifiers, a few meta keys) and flushes permalinks. Existing
[immowp_property]shortcodes keep working. As with any major update, we still recommend a full backup before updating. -
My property pages return a 404 error after activation

Go to Settings > Permalinks and click “Save Changes” without changing anything. WordPress will regenerate its URL rewrite rules.

Can I translate the plugin, or improve an existing translation?

Yes, and thank you. The plugin is translation-ready; English and French are included. To add or improve a translation, use the official project on translate.wordpress.org — no coding required, and your translation is reviewed and published from there.

How are energy labels (DPE/GES) displayed?

DPE and GES energy labels are displayed natively on every property page, including the legal Géorisques risk-exposure notice required on French property listings. If the free companion plugin ImmoWP Diagnostic DPE GES (or the community WP DPE-GES plugin) is active, it takes over the diagnostic display automatically — no configuration needed.

Is the plugin multilingual?

The plugin itself is translation-ready (English and French included) and works alongside multilingual plugins. Polylang and WPML support for translating your property content is available in ImmoWP Pro.

I’m updating from version 1.0.x — what changes?

Version 2.0.0 is built from the same code base as ImmoWP Pro. Your properties, taxonomies and settings are migrated automatically on the first load after updating. The main shortcode is now
[iwp_property]; your existing[immowp_property]shortcodes keep working unchanged. If you see a 404 on property pages afterwards, save your permalinks once (see the FAQ above).
