JelloPoint – Restaurant Menu

Description

A WordPress restaurant menu plugin for Elementor Free, with easy everyday menu management.

JelloPoint – Restaurant Menu helps restaurants, cafés, bars and food businesses create and display food and drinks menus on their WordPress website. It works with Elementor Free; Elementor Pro is not required.

Create your menu in WordPress. Style it in Elementor. Build your content from reusable Menus, Sections, Menu Items and Info Blocks, then display it with the included Elementor Restaurant Menu widget.

Once your layout is set up, update dishes, descriptions, prices and menu order in the WordPress administration. You do not need to edit the Elementor page for everyday menu changes. The widget displays the updated menu content using your existing design.

How it works

  1. Create your menu content in WordPress. Add dishes and drinks manually, set prices and dietary badges, and organize sections with the visual Menu Builder.
  2. Design the presentation with Elementor Free. Select your menu in the Restaurant Menu widget and style its columns, typography, colors and spacing.
  3. Keep the menu up to date in WordPress. Change dishes, prices, descriptions and order without reopening the Elementor page.

Manual menu creation is available in both Free and Pro. JelloPoint Pro also lets you import compatible CSV and JSON menu files, so you can prepare or maintain menu data outside WordPress and import it using the supported format.

  • Reusable Sections and Menu Items
  • Visual Menu Builder for organizing your menu
  • Single prices and customizable price labels
  • Dietary badges and icons
  • Reusable Info Blocks

JelloPoint Pro

JelloPoint Pro adds:

  • Multiple Prices – ideal for sizes, portions, glass/bottle pricing and more
  • Daily and Weekly Menus
  • Print-friendly menus and PDF creation
  • Import and export your own menu data using compatible CSV and JSON files

If a Pro subscription expires, Pro functionality continues to work with the installed version. Renewal is required for future Pro updates and support.

Elementor integration

Use the JelloPoint Restaurant Menu widget to display your WordPress menu on an Elementor page. Elementor Free is sufficient for the website widget, including menus that use JelloPoint Pro features.

Manage the original menu content in WordPress. Use Elementor to choose which menu and sections to display and customize the layout, typography, spacing, colors, price presentation and badges. You only need to reopen Elementor when you want to change the page’s menu selection or design.

Elementor is required to display menus with the website widget. Restaurant menu management in WordPress remains available without Elementor.

External service: Freemius

The plugin bundles Freemius SDK 2.13.4 for account registration, license activation, updates, checkout and optional usage-data sharing. The SDK communicates with Freemius services and can transmit site URL, plugin and WordPress/PHP versions, account/contact details and license information as part of these operations. Review its connection and permission screens before proceeding. Free menu management does not require a license or optional usage-data sharing. Restaurant menu content is not explicitly sent by JelloPoint to Freemius.

FAQ

Does it work with Elementor Free?

Yes. The Restaurant Menu widget works with Elementor Free. Elementor Pro is not required, even when using JelloPoint Pro features such as Multiple Prices or Daily and Weekly Menus.

Do I need to edit the Elementor page to change dishes or prices?

No. Update dishes, descriptions, prices and menu order under JelloPoint in the WordPress administration. The widget displays those changes using the layout you have already designed. Open Elementor when you want to change the widget’s menu selection or styling.

Can I create a menu manually or import an existing menu?

You can create menus manually in Free and Pro. Free includes a bundled demo menu import for getting started. Importing your own CSV or JSON menu data requires JelloPoint Pro and files that follow the supported import format. See the Import / Export documentation for details.

Which features are Free and which require Pro?

Free includes menu management, reusable sections, single prices, dietary badges, Info Blocks, multiple columns and the Elementor widget. Pro adds Multiple Prices, Daily and Weekly Menus, Print / PDF and CSV / JSON Import/Export. Both editions use Elementor Free for website styling.

Does deactivation or deletion remove restaurant data?

Deactivation retains data. Deleting the plugin retains data by default. Enable the explicit delete-data option under JelloPoint Settings only if you want plugin data removed during uninstall.

How is a PDF created?

In Pro, open the printable menu and use your browser’s print dialog to save as PDF.
